Have never been in a physical store, but tried to order a train set for grandchild for Christmas from there website. 8 days passed, no email of any kind to say order shipped nothing. Called 3 times to talk to someone. You have to wait 30 minutes every time I called. Third time I told them to cancel the order, which still 8 days later had not shipped, and the 3 people I talked to each time didn't seem to know what was really happening with my order. Third person said she would send the cancelation on to her supervisor and I would get a notification. Not holding my breath. Paid with PayPal from Rural King site , transaction already completed with my bank. Afraid now I will have to have many more 30 minute waits to find out where my refund is.

Stopped in to check it out. Got some free popcorn, which was really good, and left spending quite a bit of money. Huge inventory of just about anything you can think of. Will definitely be back. Staff was very friendly too

THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First, they failed to deliver one of the items we ordered, then I had to wait 45 minutes to talk to a person so i could tell them about it. Once I did, they told me they had to send an email to the "fulfillment center" so they could look into it. Finally we got an email that said "sorry, we are out of stock of this item, if you want a refund let us know"........... what!!!??? Since when is it ok to charge first and see if you have the merchandise later???? This is fraudulent. The "low price guarantee" is backed by Norton which is so painful to claim you will give up before getting a price adjustment, trust me I tried. Then, as others have said, if you call, 30 minutes or more is standard practice. There is literally no way there is 20-30 callers on a Tuesday afternoon, they inflate the hold time hoping you will give up! They also offered a rebate, when we went online to claim, the drop down wont let you select an option, again, they hope you give up! This place is honestly a sham. If you dont believe me, try it, but dont be suprised when your pissed off later. Honestly, I will just pay the little extra next time and shop on Amazon or another merchant that is reputable. They may have a physical store but the e-commerce side is horrible.
went to rural King to pick up some Gingerbread People that were in their flyer first thing this morning, when I get there they tell me they sold out of them a while back, nothing makes me more mad to travel to a store to get something in their black friday add and you had already sold out of them weeks ago I want to know why they would be put in the flyer when you did not even have them in stock. False advertising if you ask me
