Oh, yeah and there's this thing!
Pushy lady at the drive thru for ordering. Asked her to hold on so I could check out the menu. She kept pushing me to order something. The parking lot had two vehicles in it, no one in the drive thru but my family. Then I went to order a French dip and she proceeds to tell me that they are out of sub buns, and I could have it on a gyro bun or regular bread. Seriously? Left for another restaurant.
I did not ring the bell when I left because I was not satisfied with service. I went at 1:15pm and got a cheddar sandwich and it took 13 minutes to get it. They did not seem too concerned that it took that long. All I got was a sorry. It was definitely not worth the seven dollars.
Great atmosphere. Fast Service. Great Staff. Good food!
Not a good experience. Was on our way to visit family with my wife and 2 kids. Ordered a double roast beef meal, a classic roast beef sandwich and a roast beef sandwich kids meal. Normally a 5 minutes tops order. After 15 minutes and no food, and watching others get their orders, I became very frustrated. No explanation was given when the food finally came. Not good.
Traveling through the area on I-80. Saw the sign at the Clearfield, Pa exit and stopped there to get a quick bite. Service was good, friendly and polite and we quickly had our food. Food was nice and hot and tasted good. Would recommend it if you are in the area or traveling through.
